About NODAI Genome Research Center
The project aims to generate new agricultural field through development of analysis system of genetic information in various kinds of organisms and establishment of bioinformatics foundation which is required for the study using next generation sequencing. Targets of the project can be classified into three main fields; animals (including arthropods), plants, and microbial organisms. Researchers in this center are now studying on a common theme "Application of progressed techniques in the study of agricultural science" in their own specialized fields.
